Comfort Inn & Suites

I stayed here 2 nights the staff was very great and helped me with anything I needed. The breakfast each day was awesome. Very friendly staff all the way around. Very clean rooms at a great price

I booked a room for two of my employees to stay in here. Comfort inn has never been known as a high-quality establishment but it's usually serviceable. One of the rooms that was given out had a office chair in it that look like it was left behind and out to the curb after a couple of decades of use, then it was just reclaimed by this hotel on the side of the road. Luckily the worst thing about that particular employees stay. My other employee had a drop ceiling above the shower that had leaking damage all on the tiles and they didn't bother replacing it. Who puts a drop ceiling above a shower anyway The icing on the cake, at 3:00 a.m. they were met with biting on the arms. BED BUGS! Bed bugs people. Between the deterioration out front on the sign, the broken down condition of the furniture, we probably already should have known it would have had bed bugs. They clearly don't care about their property or their guests. For the Love of heaven Almighty do not stay at this hotel. It needs to be condemned.

Drove 4 hours with my boat to stay for a tournament got there and some dickhead guy told me I was gonna unhook my boat and put in separate parking spots. Very unfriendly and had a bad attitude. I called 2 times before I booked and they said it was good

As someone that know the motel very well and the staff the supervisor danyetta James is very unprofessional she has cussed guess out and cussed me out while on the clock I wouldn't recommend staying there anytime soon management was not responsive to handling the issues that was at hand (beware of the bed bugs and mold at this motel). There are better motels out there that has very responsible and respectful staff unlike comfort inn and suiets

The staff and breakfast bar was wonderful. Everyone was very kind and professional. Cleanliness was an issue for me. The couch still has boxers behind it from a previous review 2-weeks ago. the carpet in the hallway was sprinkled with very strong scented carpet deodorizer, which I tried not to step in. I traveled with a pet and tracking that in my room and then her licking her paws could make her sick. It was way too strong. There was a spraying of a completely different scented chemical in the elevator and another scented smell on the 1st floor of strong ammonia Fabuloso smell. This left me feeling nauseous. The hotel needs to be more mindful of pet friendly / human friendly scents that aren't over powering or can leave guest feeling unwell. I am allergic to perfumes and fake scents and someone with asthma this could wreck havoc on their ability to breathe. I saw (1) roach and (3) Stinky Bugs in my room. The refrigerator was never cleaned, sheer curtain was ripped with stains, and the desk chair had dirty spots all over it. I was in a pinch so this hotel stay served it's purpose.
