They still can't tell me what statute governs their actions. I have no choice but to assess that Wayne Bridges and Martha Partridge are flagrantly violating the law. It's been three months, and non of them can tell me what statute authorizes them to charge a resident higher property taxes for going on a business trip. They revoked my homestead exemption because I went on a temporary military deployment. They won't tell me why they charge military members extra taxes. Wayne Bridges and Martha Partridge now insist that I continuously met 100% of the legal requirements for the homestead exemption. They revoked it solely because I was serving their country on a military deployment. They also did not tell me that they had revoked my exemption until late September, well after their own June deadline to appeal it. I can only imagine they did this on purpose to ensure that they extorted extra money out of a military member.

I went to get my tags and their were people sitting and waiting with no mask. Nobody said anything to them. Sad sad!
