Columbia County Recycling

Great place to drop off recyclables. Somebody complained that the guys not friendly, but that's not true. I say hello, and I get a hello back. They are always friendly to me. And they do a great job keeping this place organized. And when you need help, they help. Love that we have the recycling. More people need to do it.

I had some paper to shred, too much for my home shredder, so i took it to the recycling center on Dolphin Way. What a great place to visit! Everything clean, orderly, welcoming; more importantly, the two men working at the center kind, professional, willing to help and glad to explain how the center operates. This place, these people represent our county so well; i cannot say enough good things about the recycling center and the fine folks who do such a great job there.

Employees are exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. They talked to my son about recycling, how to avoid contaminating materials so they are able to be recycled & helped us identify other materials we could bring in instead of throwing them in the trash. The helpful employees are what makes it quick & easy to recycle.

Our first time bringing a load of recycle here. Super helpful staff. Well organized. They even have charts on acceptable items for idiots like us. 🤣

My apartment complex doesn't offer recycling so I was so glad to find this free recycling center! You just drive up, unload your recyclables in the clearly labeled bins, and drive off! Easy, simple, and the staff was very helpful. Would definitely recommend this to anyone who isn't able to get curbside recycling!
