I've been going there for a long time. Yes, sometimes I didn't have my stuff sorted, and all the blonde manager lady said is that it is faster when sorted. I said OK, I'll do it. So, all my recycling is sorted, every time I go there to bring my recycling, they help everyone else, but not me. I've been observing this for a while, but now it's enough. I've asked a young lady, if they've been told by the manager not to help me, and she said: "Well, we've asked you multiple times to sort your stuff". I told her that I've never even spoken to her before, and that's a clear answer for me. I'm going to call Columbia County!! My taxes are paying your wages!!

Rude, dismissive, and gave false information. I asked a week ago if they took wicker furniture. Young lady told me yes. Go to drop it off and a belligerent elderly gentleman said " no we don't no one here told you that" while the same young lady just stood by and said nothing. I don't care if your volunteers or get paid for this. Learn some basic manners and customer service.
