Columbia County Library

We LOVE the Columbia County Library. They have a huge children section with a lot of different kinds of books, graphic novels, manga, etc. They also offer a lot of different activities for kids including reading rooms, tablets, coloring areas, and various workshops. They have an entire area dedicated to teens, and another for adults. They also have a cafe, meeting areas, a park, and local artwork displayed everywhere. This place is also very clean, well organized, and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

In the heart of Evans, the Columbia county serves as not just a great public library, but a place where people from all ages and backgrounds can come together and enjoy various art and media together, as well as partake in live shows and various clubs. Wide variety of physical books available to read, as well as media such as movies and old cassettes. There are various book reading clubs and event art clubs, as well as a cafe inside. Right outside the library is a large park with a small amphitheater as well as a playground. Definitely a highlight of Evans and Columbia county.

Wonderful place to be! Clean and pleasant environment. The staff members are so friendly and nice. They have a notary service, tons of books, a nice area for the kids to be in, and offer classes. Very nice.

So cool ther is reading books and lots of books and events like jr whiting club and space club ( where you make spices and the staff tell u how to use them ) ther is summer movie nights. The library is sooner kid friendly defiantly recommend

This is our favorite library in the area! It's very well kept and clean, the selection is good, they have frequent events and activities for kids of all ages, and even at its busiest, it isn't too crowded. We'll continue to come here and bring our kids 😊
