Columbia County Animal Services Building

The facility is very clean. Staff is very nice. The play yard had a roof and access to water. I did adopt an adult dog and the adoption fee is reasonable. They have so many dogs that need a home.

They have traps to catch the cats roaming in my neighborhood because people think we like their cats crawling over our boats and cars. Lovely neighbors. They will loan you the traps for free and dispose of your neighbors rodents.

I adopted the best dog ever Angel. She's the sweetest and most loving pit bull. Out of the 3 dogs I took time with, she was the best pick for me and my boys.

I found 10 kittens while I was conducting a roof install. While I hated to take them in, I know the choice. The staff was amazing. The facility was spotless and I know that they will all find good homes. I thank the staff for being so kind.
