Coldwell Banker Best Life Realty

We were referred to Coldwell Banker through a referral program with our lender and didn’t know what to expect. Our agent was Annette DiStasio. The services provided by Ms. DiStasio have far exceeded our expectations as first time buyers. She is the total package! She is knowledgeable, professional and caring. She knows the local area well and was able to steer us in the right direction based on our taste and needs. We had an absolute blast working with her. It’s too bad she’s so good at what she does because we wouldn’t have minded continuing to work with her, but she is efficient so we were able to close on a property in a decent amount of time. From start to finish and even after finishing she has taken care of us because she is an excellent agent and an even better person. The office has also been great! Very friendly welcoming people and a great atmosphere. I think if you’re looking for real estate needs I would definitely give the office a chance to see the excellent service they are capable of providing.

Do not do business with these people. They sold us an estate that makes the movie The Money Pit look good. They steered us into the property because they also represented the sellers.BTW this practice is unlawful They knew that we trusted them to make sure all of the repairs were completed before we arrived from Florida. Horrible experience Very bad mistake. Do not trust them!!!

Wow!! Is all I can say ...They have a couple good agents....but if you are a buyer, watch your back.... The broker was not at all customer oriented ..and I'm afraid to even look at any property this agency lists because of how I was treated. Buyer beware
