Stay Away! First time using this machine. Started w (2) wrapped rolls of quarters from bank and machine counted two of the quarters as nickels! Contacted CoinStar customer service about their 2% ‘steal’ (40¢ error on $20) and they only said they would, ‘pass it on’! Gave them transaction number, machine #, time of day, etc. - not even an offer of reimbursement! Beware of a company that can digitally review something so simple, but would not even offer a 40¢ reimbursement!
