Classic Jewelry & Loan

I don't understand the positive reviews because I've been in here twice and left angry both times. They must be from people who aren't up on the market prices. The prices are well above what I see most other places, and the policies seem a lot more owner-friendly than customer-friendly. If it says anything, I didn't just walk out and leave a review - it was still bugging me when I went by like two months later, so I thought I'd give customers a balanced view.

I really enjoy those guys, very helpful. They have always gave solid advice. They always have some good quality stuff. I always send customers their way.

The guys are always very helpful and knowledgeable, myself being into older firearms, their historical knowledge is far above average. Being on a fixed income they always deal with my own interests and how best to acquire desired items. I cannot chose a 10 otherwise I would rank them 11. They are more concerned with your satisfaction than just a Sale. A very rarity in a pawnshop. Kudos to the manager and staff of this store

Stephan was really nice and was very helpful. As soon as I walked through the door I was immediately greeted! Great place and good people.
