Being a Hurricane Helene survivor, I needed my Camry painted following my return from the natural disaster evacuation. The entire job was done well, quality exceeding my expectations, and the communication from the team was excellent throughout the entire process consistently. The expectations I had were set by them, meaning Classic Collision itself had set my expectations high years ago by providing extraordinary service to me when I first came in as a new customer in 2018 when my Prius was rear-ended in Atlanta. So, when my insurance company asked after Hurricane Helene in 2024 where I’d like to get my car painted, Classic Collision was my first and only choice based on that excellent experience in Atlanta years ago. A few words about this Augusta location… The Grovetown facility is beautiful and convenient. It’s surrounded by greenery, countless shopping options, and a great sushi restaurant, as well as Kroger. Just three days ago, I left a favorable review based on the initial interaction and what seemed to be a completed repair. Unfortunately, that review was premature. After having to return my vehicle twice already for issues that should have been addressed the first time, I now find myself needing to bring it back a third time due to subpar workmanship and additional damage that occurred while in their care. Not only was the car not returned in the condition I left it—it came back worse. Most concerning is that parts of my aftermarket intake now have lettering missing from apparent damage sustained during their handling. This kind of detail matters, especially when it comes to aftermarket components that were pristine before entering their shop. It’s unacceptable that I entrusted my vehicle to be repaired, only to have new issues arise each time. To be fair, I am giving Classic Collision another opportunity to make this right, but my patience is wearing thin.
