Claire's Walmart

We went to Claire’s in the Evans Walmart today and we were provided with exceptional customer service from Caleb! He was so thorough, extremely cleanly, he took a lot of time to with clean up and prep before we did anything which I really appreciated! I asked him if I could mark my daughter’s ears and he was very accommodating, I kept having to re-do it (because I wanted it perfect) and I really appreciated his patience. He replaced my little cleaning pad (that was full of ink bc of my redos) before I even asked him. Just so helpful and paying close attention. He also gave her a cute little crown and some fun coloring sheets, she felt so special and loved the little goodies! I’m just so thankful he gave us such a great experience. I know she will always look back on the day she got her ears pierced with a smile. Thank you so much, Caleb!!

Bought some claw clips and they were damaged when I bought them but didn’t realize till i got home and they wouldn’t take them back and give me new ones or give me my money back all together! So if u buy clips make sure there not broken all around!!!

Terrible hours, service, and location! This store should be closed immediately, permanently. It is neither logical nor lucrative to keep a filthy, tiny, very poorly stocked, kiddie accessories store in a small town, inside of Wal-Mart open for any reason. Its overpriced junk that is already being sold inside Wal-Mart for less! The hours are inconvenient and inconsistent, habitually. When someone finally shows up to open hours late, they are rude, crude and socially unacceptable. Disgusting and disgraceful. Unsustainable business motto. Claire's doesn't belong inside of a Wal-Mart anywhere.

Went there to get my daughters (7) ear pierced and the woman missed the dot she placed completely. When I asked if the placement would still be ok in her opinion she just removed the earring and said she would just do it again. I didn’t want to pierce it again and asked if she could just put the one she removed back in or a new one and the same hole and she refused any resolve and told us to go somewhere else. She got very confrontational and rude. I tried to reason with her that I was just trying to do this for my daughter. She told us to leave and take the other earring as she would “damage it out”. She continued to be rude and unprofessional. Terrible experience.

I had my daughter's ears pierced yesterday and spent $120. The earrings were $88 plus tax. BOTH of them have broken and lost the gems. Now my daughter has to wear broken earrings with them catching on everything. Clare's will not answer their phone and when I go in the associate tells me the manager is the only one that can help but can't tell me when they work. I'm so frustrated
