where is that awesome associate Madi !! I hope they got their one million dollar raise !! I almost walked right out when I didn't see the iconic Madi behind that counter, but Jess, Bea, AND Annie, helped me so much finding what i needed for my grandbabies (Pictured Below) Thank you Claire's in Aiken. You all deserve one million dollars just like we PRAY Madi got. Can I get an AMEN.

My 9 year old granddaughter had a wonderful time getting her ears pierced and buying some of the store lol, and the young woman who pierced her ears was so gentle and kind to her, thank you so much!!! Great customer service!!!!

We went to get my daughter's ears pierced today, and the shop wasn't even open when online, and on the store front, it is listed as being opened from 12pm to 6pm. This is our second time visiting this location, and both times, we weren't able to get her ears pierced. Not sure what the issue is but it's irritating this keeps happening.

We had the absolute BEST cashier/store clerk. I came in to shop for my younger cousin’s birthday and she helped out so much. She had “pre-set-up” goodies already set out and they were all sale items so I got the best price for my money. Timbrika you were the BEST girl! 🤩🤩🤩

Fast, friendly service. No explanation of costs for earrings and piercings but answered upon questioning. Liked the person who did piercings but sales register clerk called me honey multiple times and I'm not her honey!
