City of Aiken Department of Public Services

EXTREMELY overpriced! They are charging almost 60 dollars a month and have monopolized the city of Aiken so you have no other options and are forced to pay their ridiculous prices and fees! God forbid your bin doesn’t close or you have a trash bag that is outside or on top of the bin, they want another 25 bucks for that. The workers on the phone absolutely do NOT care, Marcy or Misty (couldn’t make out her name, she was probably lying anyway) had no heart when she was on the phone with me and actually giggled at my frustration then proceeded to hang up in my face. I will NOT be paying them a penny over the $60 they already steal out of our pockets and if they want the additional fee for my bin not closing, they have come pry it from my cold dead hands. The city of aiken should be ashamed of how it treats its citizens when it comes to trash and water.

Paying a fee for yard debris but still haven't had it picked up in 6 months. This is stupid. And yes I have made multiple calls. And it was always the same we will get it taken car of or now they just keep bring up the hurricane. 6 months is unacceptable.

I'd give them a 0 if I could.

The service guy, was wonderful and very helpful. He should get bonus
