Citizens Park Office and Conference Center

This woman is very unprofessional and rude. Had a wedding reception here and she made everything difficult. Nothing was ready when we got there. She never plugged in the crock pots that were dropped off that morning like she said she would. Was very rude about moving a table 2 inches over so the dj could set up a small table to play music AND tried to charge more for it. The air condition wasn't turned on until we got there so it was miserably hot in the building. The guest had to wait hours because nothing was done that was suppose to be done hours before we arrived. She talks a good game and makes everything sound nice but does the total opposite. Do yourself a favor and host an event somewhere else.

We attended a wedding reception in June 2023 at this facility. As we all know this was the hottest June on record. The agreement was the guests would arrive after the ceremony and have drinks and relax while the wedding party took pictures. The hall would be set up and ready for our guests when they arrived. The wedding party was supposed to have champagne glasses and the tables were to be set up with the wedding colors: Olive green and dusty rose. and centerpieces. A family member was going to make the cake but the owner insisted she would take care of everything, it will be beautiful, don't worry about anything. Indicating the cake was included in the fee for the hall. Needless to say: The colors she provided were white and burgundy. No glasses for the wedding party at all. They used plastic cups! When the wedding party arrived, all the guests were sitting outside in the heat for over an hour. They had been told that no-one was allowed into the reception hall. They had been treated rudely by the owner of the business. The hall was supposed to be set up and ready for the reception hours prior to our arrival. The food and drinks that were delivered earlier that morning were still sitting in the main office area. The food was barely warm due to the crockpots being left unplugged. Our groomsmen had to move everything into the hall, while being followed by the woman that was supposed to have set it up already. The air conditioning had just been turned on in the hall. The heat was so over whelming, when we tried to prop a door open to allow air into the building, the doors were slammed closed and the owner was rude to the guests. The cake was the only thing that was set up before we arrived. It was starting to fall over due to the heat. The owner was asked to put the cake in the fridge, she snapped and huffed saying there wasn't enough room for the cake, so we moved things around in the fridge to allow room. Excellent all the way around. Staff is very welcoming and personable. Their service to their clients is top notch. Beautiful facility and accommodations. They think of everything down to tissues on the chair to bottled water if its hot. I can't wait to work with them again!

I was highly impressed with this event venue. Professionalism at its best. Stellar customer service!!!! My daughter's event was beyond my expectations. I will be using these facilities again. If you are looking for a beaufiful venue with friendly staff, this is the best venue. Staff will exceed your expectations.Clean facilities. I wish I could give this venue ten stars instead of five. I’ve had two events here so far and could not be more pleased. The owner and manager really work with you as if they are planning events for themselves. I received multiple compliments about how beautiful and elegant the settings and decor looked, and the friendly staff made sure everyone was comfortable and had all they needed. I’ll be back!
