The person checking us out made us pay more than we should’ve. Also they never restocked the onion area for the hotdogs and the bread was hard and not warm. And the store wasn’t clean it also had a bad smell.

Customer Complaint – Request for Follow-Up Date: June 21, 2025 Location: Circle K Employee Involved: Jeffrey Today, after a 3-hour drive, I deliberately bypassed other gas stations to stop at Circle K because it’s a trusted brand I’ve always chosen to do business with. Unfortunately, the experience my mother and I had today was deeply disappointing and unacceptable. Upon arriving, I attempted to use my Circle K card at the pump, but it wasn’t working. I went inside to ask for assistance, and the employee on duty, Jeffrey, abruptly informed me that they “don’t take those here” without further explanation or courtesy. I let it go and used the restroom, planning to head to another Circle K instead. However, my mother encouraged us to simply fill up $20 worth of gas there since we still had over an hour of driving left. She went in to purchase a Smartwater with a $20 bill and requested that the remainder be put on Pump 1. Apparently, there was a malfunction with the pump. She kindly asked Jeffrey to deduct the water from the $20 and apply the rest to the pump. Instead of helping respectfully, Jeffrey was rude and dismissive. When she returned to the pump and it still wasn’t working, she went back in again—only to be met with more attitude. Jeffrey eventually came out to the pump visibly irritated. When my mother asked for a receipt, he mumbled something under his breath and walked away. Not only did we not receive our original receipt back, but the new receipt showed $16.06 was used, even though only $15.62 was dispensed. It may be a small difference, but paired with the unprofessionalism, it speaks volumes about the service we received. Due to Jeffrey’s attitude and behavior, I told my mother not to worry about the change. What matters more is that this issue is reported. I would appreciate being contacted by a store manager or corporate representative regarding this incident, so this matter can be addressed properly. Circle K is a brand I’ve respected, but ...

I went in to this gas station 2 months ago and used the self check out because I had no choice,the machine took my money-gave me change-and I couldn't get a receipt cause there was no paper in the machine so I paid for gas and got out there to pump it and the pump wouldn't come on so I went back inside told them so they get on there and say they can't find the $50 gas transaction if I wanted gas to pay again!WHAT!Still I have not gotten my money back!I'm going to an attorneys office this week!They claim the lady behind me canceled my transaction,well how is that possible the transaction was over when it gave me my change and the whole time the manager on duty,was at a computer watching it all behind the counter so if it wasn't in there which is B.s there is some record on that system some where!As he was looking my transaction up he was also hitting X going through the machine but an employee put 10dollars on my gas and I will not say her name but my attorney will know her name and who she is!This whole thing should of been taken care of that day period!So basically my money was taken and no one cares!This has stressed me out and the amount of disregard for me as a customer and protection from this happening to another person is my goal and time has went on with no contact,no nothing so they have cameras,they have zero reguard for my rights and fair acts as a customer!The laziness of not just counting the till would have proven what happened yet,who knows what was done because they don't care DO NOT TAKE THE RISK,THEY WILL TAKE AN INCIDENT AND SWEEP IT UNDER A RUG AND YOU WILL BE LEFT WITH THE BURDEN OF IT ALL PERIOD!Still I am screwed out of my money!It is very stressful and not worth the wasted time and my money!Do not put your money in the machine,there no receipt cause no paper!No record of the transaction when they cameras!Guess my attorney will have to find me justice cause circle k doesn't provide customer protection even though the cameras,employee and t...

They have a well oiled machine working here during this emergency 9/30/2024! The line is moving like no other gas station in Augusta! Teams are out guiding cars and they're pleasant, helpful and just amazing! GREAT JOB!!
