Chris Douse - State Farm Insurance Agent

I started with state Farm 2018 and I couldn't have chosen a better insurance company. Christ Douse is a very intelligent, responsible, respectful,outstanding, state Farm agent.it dosen't matter if you're at his office or you call him at his office, he's always there to access you in any paperwork you need help in. He's very smart and know when you really don't understand, that's when he shift into 3rd gear and brake everything down to you get it or understand. Chris Douse is on point, keep up the outstanding job.

I have been with State farm for over a decade and was with the same agent for most of that time. The service level and customer attention was really lacking with my agent and I felt like I was left to do the heavy lifting and was constantly having to hound them to get anything done. I decided to switch agents and Chris Douse came highly recommended. It didn't take long to recognize why, someone else here said it best "Chris and his team are like a concierge". From the very first meeting I had with Chris where we reviewed my current insurance policies, began the process to refinance my auto loan (to a lower rate!), and discussed my future goals and options, I knew I made a wise choice. I've been with his agency a couple of years now but after a recent phone call I decided to write a review because it was a great example of what makes this agency stand out. One of Chris's team members, Maria, contacted me to provide me notice that the card that was on file for my automatic payments was expired and my payment due date was coming up. Although it's a small thing it could have turned into a big headache for me if not updated prior to. It is just that type of attention to detail and exceptional customer service that will continue to make me a lifetime customer. I truly appreciate Chris and his team for their attention to detail, wonderful customer service, and for always going above and beyond for his customers.

Chris/State Farm has been our insurance agent and company for many years. As a Vietnam Veteran, and having friends at the CEO or Treasurer's level I could have easily gone to USAA, John Hancock, or Liberty Mutual. I didn't because I get great service and advice from Chris, And I get great service from State Farm! We have gone from just car, to car and house, to car house and retirement services. Both Chris and State Farm have gone over and above to take care of our insurance needs, and I will be client and customer for a good long time. In fact I will be picking up another Classic Mercedes and possibly a rental property to add to our coverage. Because we TRUST what we get from this agent and his company.

Chris and his team are like a concierge. I have had the best experience working with him on our auto, home, and umbrella policies. He is exceptionally knowledgable about what coverages are appropriate for your life stage and takes plenty of time to walk you through the details. He and the team are incredibly responsive and we enjoy working with them.

I had one of the worst experiences ever working with this rep. I have been insured with them for 3 and a half years. Suddenly, I log on to my state farm account I found that my policies don't exist anymore. I tried to reach the agent he keeps dodging my calls and refuses to meet me. The secretary does not know why my policy was cancelled although I am on autopay for the last 3 and a half years and never missed a single payment. This office was good when they had an agent named Ed working for them. Since he left, the office has been run to the ground, and the customers are being treated like dirt.
