I'm genuinely fed up with this Chipotle location. I don’t understand how ordering a quesadilla ends up being a bowl of slop. This isn’t the first time they’ve messed up my order, and it’s honestly frustrating. I ordered through Uber Eats, and once again, they’ve completely missed the mark. I used to work at Chipotle and managed digital orders myself, so I know how it works. There’s no way a quesadilla should end up as a bowl. It feels like they’re not even trying anymore, and it’s disappointing to see them treat customers this way. As a college student, I like to treat myself when I’m having a tough week, but this just made things worse. I spent my hard-earned money, and all I wanted was a meal, or at least something close to what I ordered. Instead, I got an inedible meal with no food to eat tonight. It’s frustrating and feels like they just don’t care. Thank you to this Chipotle location for constantly ruining my orders and disappointing me.

This is the worst location. When I am in town I’ll occasionally order burrito bowls from here and they always disappoint. Tonight’s order earned you this review, not that anyone will care. Meat portions are ridiculous. Took some digging around in my burrito bowl to finally find about a tablespoon of meat in the whole bowl. I ordered chips I did not receive either. Compared to other locations the quality and taste is just not up to par. Won’t be ordering from here again.

This has to be one of the worst chipotle experiences I’ve ever encountered. I ordered a bowl with half chicken and half steak. I arrived back at work and realize there is little to no steak in my bowl. Also they added sour cream to it and I requested for it to be on side. I proceeded to go back to the store and let them know. Hey, this order is incorrect. could I get it remade? The young man then opens my container I left the store with, And start counting and pulling out how many pieces of steak I had in my bowl which equaled up to four cube pieces. Health department has codes and requirements for sanitary purposes. If it wasn’t for the young lady I wouldn’t have got it remade. To top this off , the manager stood right there and didn’t assist. This is just ridiculous…. The young man proceeded to touch other things after using the gloves to pick out my plate I left the store with.

I typically enjoy Chipotle, but my recent visit was so frustrating that I felt the need to leave a review. From the moment we walked in, the experience felt unwelcoming. All the chairs were piled up, making it seem like they were closing early—even though they still had 2.5 hours left until closing time. We stood at the front of the line for several minutes while two employees worked on previous orders without even acknowledging us. Meanwhile, two other employees were dancing in the background, completely ignoring customers. When someone finally decided to take our order, he simply stared at us instead of clarifying who he was speaking to, making the interaction unnecessarily awkward. The food stations were a mess, with ingredients mixed together, and when I politely asked for the grilled vegetables to be removed from my chicken, the employee gave me a look of annoyance. It also seemed like they were trying to stretch the remaining chicken, as my husband received only five tiny pieces in his burrito and had to pay extra for a double portion just to get a reasonable amount. The worst part was the way they handled his burrito—it was rolled so tightly that it burst open, and instead of acknowledging the inconvenience, the employees just laughed. One of them attempted to "fix" it by covering it with another tortilla and wrapping it in three aluminum foil, which led to the entire thing falling apart when we tried to eat it. The unprofessional behavior and lack of care from the staff were incredibly disappointing. I understand that every place can have an off day, but this level of disregard for customers and food quality is unacceptable. Definitely not the experience we expected.
