My daughter was hit by Ms. Henley a teacher and I brought to the director Brittney Newkirk attention after speaking with Brittney she ensured that my daughter will be moved from the class after a week she wasn't and then my daughter was pushed down by the same teacher. After having to go off on the teacher she was moved. Fast forward I am trying to transfer my daughter because I feel she is unsafe yet as a mom I still have to provide. She was moved to Ms. Williams and Ms. Murphy class who are amazing. A situation occurred yesterday where my daughter was held down by two other students in her class one had her by the legs the other by her hair to the point my child now has bald spots. Ms. Brittney stated she would follow up and didn't so I spoke with regional director Michael who made me aware the incidents that occurred prior she had not reported. Upon going to the school today she expressed that my daughter who was attacked cannot report back to the school until Michael (R.D.) says it's okay as her (Brittney), Deanna, and Dae Dae (Jay) attempted to jump me in front of my child because I made it known that it is several teachers that are abusing our children and she just turns her check. So if your child states it happened please believe them. In return I called the police and made my report and they did the same. The little girls was not removed for what my 5 year old has to endure daily now while in the care of the school.

Communication is excellent—updates, photos, and notes about her day always keep us in the loop, which gives us great peace of mind. It’s clear that the team here goes above and beyond to make every child feel special and supported. I highly recommend Childcare Network Augusta (Wheeler Road) to any parent looking for a safe and enriching place for their child to grow and learn!

My experience thus far at Childcare Network has been nothing but positive. It is always nerve racking to find a childcare facility that will meet your needs and treat your children with dignity and respect. From day one, I knew my kids were in good hands. My son started Pre-K and truly loves his teachers and classmates. Any behavioral issues were always communicated and has always felt like a partnership between myself and his teachers to provide the best solutions for any issues. Mrs. Williams and Mrs. Murphy are truly passionate about their role in educating future generations and I'm so glad to consider them like extended family. My son's speech has improved drastically since being at Childcare Network as well as his social interaction. I'm confident I made a great choice and have no doubts my 5 month old daughter will be well taken care of. Thank you Childcare Network!

The director made me feel so comfortable letting my child attend this school! Mrs Brittany is so caring and supportive I can truly say she treat all the kids like they are her own! Mrs. Monica , Deanna and Mrs J are awesome teachers there!! Definitely recommend wish I could Give 10 stars instead

My kids been going for almost 2 years! They definitely treat the kids especially mine like one of they own! Dae Dae (I think they call her “jay”) be up there spoiling everyone kids they barely wanna come home! All the staff are amazing for sure!
