Chicken Salad Chick

Two bad experiences in two days — extremely disappointing, especially when trying to treat visiting family. Night one: our order was incomplete, though I will say the manager was very helpful and kind over the phone, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, day two was just as bad. The order was again missing items — no large grape salad, no broccoli salad, and only two packs of crackers for three chicken salads. The manager began to question me when I said this order isn’t right either but when I asked for toppings and cracker I was silenced because she had done that. No you have not. Do your job This level of carelessness two days in a row is unacceptable. I expect better quality and attention to detail, especially from a place known for takeout. Won’t be coming back anytime soon.

i normally eat here every friday. with no problem at all, today at 3:45PM i opened my tray at my home and noticed a piece of hair on my food which is disgusting.

Spent the day in grovetown and decided to stop by here for lunch. We have eaten at the Augusta location in the past and loved it! Again, the environment and atmosphere was clean and welcoming. Staff was wonderful and food tasted great! I tried the egg salad and I enjoyed it Definitely a great place to eat out at if you’re watching your calorie intake. I love that you can buy some to go if you’re going on a picnic or to the lake. Highly recommend coming by and trying it out!

Excellent experience. Clean restaurant with plenty of seating. Friendly service. You can dine in which is nice! Easy on and off from the Interstate. They have a drive thru if you prefer. The food was great... Make it a Trio is the way to go.

They are always clean, fast and nice service! If you don't know what to eat get 2 scoops with their crackers and 1 of their sugar cookies. You can't go wrong. If you want flavor suggestions buffalo barklay and the traditional ones. Also their chicken soup is delicious!!! Perfect for colder days
