Chick-fil-A

Date of Visit: 4/11 @9:50am I was taken aback during my first visit to this location. I ordered a spicy chicken biscuit, but instead, I received a regular (non-spicy) mini chicken filet, and honestly, its appearance was not appealing at all. They forgot my sauce and napkins weren't provided. Perhaps they were having an off day — there’s always a first time for everything. However, I’m truly disappointed with this experience. I’d rather drive across the bridge into Georgia, where I can rest assured that I’ll receive the quality Chick-fil-A biscuit I expect from a company known for its high standards. 😔-"I chose to eat it because I didn’t want to return it and have them throw it away — I don’t believe in wasting food"

It seems like every order it gets worse. We've placed several orders between my Husband and I in the last few weeks. It started out good but it seems as time went on each order got worse. For convenience, we sometimes order delivery....food is cold when it arrives. I'm not 5 minutes away. I've brought food from Aiken back to North Augusta that remained hotter. Condiments that were requested/selected were completely left out. The latest, today, waffle fries tasted old. The sandwich wasn't that great, but I was hungry and ate it. The fries were a waste of money though. For the prices and reputation, I expect better. Nevertheless, I told my Husband no more!

Ordered delivery for the first time. Called because my time of delivery kept getting pushed back. They assured me that my order had not been started and it would be fresh. Our order was delivered an hour after ordered. Fries were limp and cold. Sandwich was the size of breakfast sandwich and was not fresh as well. No straws for our drinks. We are very disappointed in the quality of the food and not receiving all condiments needed. We have been to this Chick-Fil-A multiple times and have not had any problems. We will not be ordering delivery from here again. Questioning if we want to return to this Chick-Fil-A at all.

Normally my family and I have a great experience at Chick-fil-a and especially this one. We’ve been here multiple times and never had an issue. But, today my mom and I went here and I did a mobile order like I always do and my mom got a Spicy Southwest Salad. We got home and we were sitting down to eat when she said my name and she pointed to her salad and there was a bug crawling in it. We messed with it to try and see what kind of bug it was and it stopped moving. Here are pictures of the bug we saw. This left my mom very disgusted and she stopped eating it. She had gotten about half way through the salad before it started crawling.

My first experience here was such an absolute pleasure, that i returned the very next day. Although my meal was placed to-go, the staff did an amazing job making me feel welcomed in my brief visit. The assistant FOH director REBEKAH personally handed me my meal with the biggest smile, along with a kindness that literally changed the momentum of my day. She also gifted me a free cookie for my slight wait during lunch rush. The food is consistently hot, delicious, & is certainly made with love. Recommended by Melo ^_^ 5/5
