Chads staff was great is arranging a meeting with our adjuster following hurricane helene. Our claim got stuck and I couldn’t get anyone to answer questions we had on the web portal or phone service. They got us in touch with our adjuster the next day! What was a stressful situation dealing with contractors and adjusters turned out great after they got involved. Will be including them every time I need a quote from now on.
