We needed transportation for my daughter's wedding and our needs were complex. Because of the large wedding party she had, we needed one group transported at one time and another group transported at a different time. Vince assured me that he could get this done with no problem. With just a couple of weeks to go before the wedding, we realized that our guest list had become so big that the parking lot at the church would be too small and we would need to use the overflow parking at the school. The school was next door, but a little too far to walk on a hot May afternoon. I called Vince and told him our issue and the idea for a shuttle to take guests from the overflow parking lot to the church and back after the ceremony. Although he already had another wedding scheduled for that day, he found a way to accommodate our needs. They were on time and took care of every need we had. He even provide the stanchions and red carpet for my daughter and her new husband. Vince and his staff were professional, courteous, and met every request we had. I will not hesitate to use them again and recommend them to anyone in need limousine or drivers service. You will not be disappointed!

The shuttles are clean and drivers are nice but otherwise it was not a great experience. It took over 9 months to get an invoice/contract or any agreement in writing (which I'm glad I insisted on because they ended up shorting us). We had paid for 3 shuttles that all of our guests were relying on to get home at the end of the event due to extremely limited parking at our wedding venue. One of the shuttles never showed up and the other driver had significant lag times between each pick up. After calling back and speaking with the owner 3 separate times, he finally provided a refund for the shuttle that never showed up but was unable to provide an explanation as to why it happened. I appreciate the refund but it is super disappointing that so many guests had to Uber home when they were promised a shuttle service to get home safely.

Wonderful service. They were very nice, and helpful over the phone with our questions. And the driver was wonderful with making it a memorable night for my daughter and her friends for their Senior Prom night. Thank you so much.

I thought these people were great,until I accidentally left my passport on the van. I called the driver and asked him to see did I leave it on the van. He pulled over and did indeed find it. I asked him to please turn around and bring it to me,he said that he was about 1 hour away but I can just turn around and bring it to you. I thought that was great glad he was willing to bring it back. Then I got the bill it was to the tune of $468. Now mind you I only paid $136.00 for a round trip. So please don’t use these people for anything their customer service sucks. The owner is a real piece of you know what. The driver was awesome.

We will definitely be return customers. Easy booking and payment method, great communication with both the boss as well as the driver and the bus was spotless. Flawless experience.
