So why do I feel like I was just hanging out with my sisters? I’ve never met these ladies but they make you feel like a long time friend from the moment you walk in the door!! I laughed harder than I have all day. And I LOVE the organization of the store and the customer service not just to me but everyone that entered the door. Great job ladies.

I shop exclusively at Cato's for my clothes but was very disappointed today. Went to this location to return a pair of pants that I purchased online. I was 4 days over the 60 day return policy time frame. I had my receipt but was told that the most she would give me was 9.99. I paid 30.00 for them. I had my receipt showing what I paid but she refused to try and work with me. This was the manager so she said. She wouldn’t even call corporate like I asked. I walked out of the store and called customer service. She said as long as I had my receipt there should have not been an issue. I decided to send these back via mail so that I would not have to deal with the mgr again. This branch has lost my business.

Very nice, friendly and helpful staff. However Cato's is not the same anymore. The prices are higher and the selections are scarce. Most stores are closing and the ones that are open the clothes are just not the same.

So I take in 4 blouses I had ordered online, 2 of which I wanted to change sizes, 2 of which I did not want at all. Electra met me at the door and cheerfully offered assistance. From there, she processed this return and did so in such a cheerful, proffessional way, I almost felt like royalty. I never expected that kind of genuine and sincere customer service...not anywhere but Electra was a rock star in my opinion this day. I will continue shopping at this location as long as I get treated like this. Such a breath of fresh air.
