My experience working with Carsha felt heartwarming. She went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable as her client. Prior to working with Carsha I did not think I would accomplish my goal of becoming a homeowner. Her hard work and dedication to making my Dream come true was outstanding. I’ve heard that the first impression is the lasting impression and from my first interaction with Carsha, she was nothing but professional and kind to me. When I made the decision to put my deceased father’s house on the market, not only did she walk me through the process but she went above and beyond my expectations. I do not live in GA and did not have to travel to do ANYTHING not even to close! Carsha arranged a company to clear out my dad’s home. She was able to donate items that were in good condition. She advised me on a lot of things I wasn’t knowledgeable in. She even went as far as removing a snake from the home that entered when the door was opened. I was referred to Ms. Holley by a realtor from Arizona. I was told, "you'll like her, she is just like me." Well, that was not the case. Ms. Holley started out with great enthusiasm, but by the time we were able to sync our schedules for a call, she was delayed. She asked if I could push our time to a later appointment time on the same day, which I agreed. After 45 minutes or so, which was now past the rescheduled time, I sent a friendly text asking if she needed more time. I got no response. I sent several more text messages and emails, asking if she was OK and if we needed to totally reschedule our call to another day. No response. In fact, I was ghosted. While I am OK with life and events happening, I'm not OK with absolutely no communication. I will certainly let my Arizona realtor know she was nothing like her. She was in fact the exact opposite in responsiveness, customer service and engagement.

Selling our first was very stressful and exhausting with our first realtor, but when we changed to Carsha, she changed the entire ordeal! She understood that as a military family we were out of state and needed to sell our home asap! She was honest, upfront, and explained the entire process with calming manner. Grateful for everything she's done and would recommend her to anyone needed to buy or sell their home.
