Carriage House Inn

Very cute and charming Inn. It definitely felt like "the Notebook" type of setting. Right in the heart of downtown, making it a perfect location. Restaurants and shops within walking distance. My partner had mentioned staying here before and talked about how amazing the breakfast was. I guess after some renovations, they decided to do a buffet-style instead of a la Carte. Some cheese would have been nice to have with breakfast.

Clean spacious room, I would suggest plugs be added to table next to bed- we all travel with electronics today- maybe a lamp with pluggable base. Not much to say about breakfast- typical contental breakfast like any holiday or hampton.

I had a love one at Aiken Regional Hospital and decided to stay two nights unexpectedly. I booked my room only a hour before my arrival. The staff at the Carriage House extended southern hospitality at its best. The lady who prepared our breakfast went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed or wanted.The Carriage House is a charming place and I will be back to get to truly enjoy this quaint little jewel.

The service was incredible! Candace and Renee were true professionals - so warm and welcoming and take such great pride hosting and showing the guests a great relaxing time. They are AMAZING!!! It was home away from home with a great location and close to everything. Book early because this hotel is booked full early!

Our ground floor sweet was so musty we couldn’t sleep. It was like sleeping in a basement or a cave. All I could think about were the mold spores I was breathing in. By that time it was too late to leave. Then, when I woke up in the morning, and went to make coffee. There was a used coffee pod in the coffee maker. I asked for any kind of a refund, and was refused
