Shaun Redd was absolutely fantastic! Installation was quick and he was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and personable throughout the entire process. He made sure I knew how to use the system and navigate the ADT app and answered all my questions.

I had an awesome experience with Carolina Smart Home/ADT. Josh was my salesman. He listened very attentively, explained the product, and specifically catered a package to fit my needs. Luis was my installer. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I feel like he had my best interests in mind, and did not try to sell me something that I really didn’t need to complete my home monitoring system. I would definitely request Luis again. He had a “10” rating in my book any day!
