Carolina Auto Mall

My husband purchased a vehicle from Carolina Auto Mall. The service was great from beginning to end. They were respectful and addressed all of our concerns as we did a walk around and test drive! I appreciated finding this vehicle on the Carfax site, it offers confidence in your purchase. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle of a quality!

Brought a car it broke down in within 2days needing a motor took the car back the same day for leaking fluids and he stated it was condensation from ac which it was cold outside. Brought the warranty and they refused to help due to internal leak in motor .please do not waste your time with this lemon sealing car dealer.next it is court.read other reviews they’re known for having bad cars and offering not help and over charging for auction cars. after using Butler and the warranty wouldn’t cover Repair the car is now at the Ford dealership.. the Ford dealership stated the condensation that the dealer saw at the bottom of the car was fluid leaking inside the engine. we did not cause the leak. The car is still not overheating. Check engine light is on and they also stated that Ford escapes have a problem with corrosion leaking coolant and the motor and also gave me the Ford head companies phone number with the case number he stated you can’t repair it. It needs a new engine because of the miles also if you go on Ford or the national recall website, it explains exactly what happens and how the car runs so therefore it was nothing. We did to the car. The reason why the fluid did not run out on the ground because it is leaking inside of the engine. all I was trying to do was get some help and understand what was going on with the car and the owner refused to talk to me and you cannot break down a engine like the warranty claim because Ford said bolts parts, crack, and break and you can’t, put it back together and that’s why the Warranty sticks you with the $2000 bill so now Ford is trying to step into assist with theCar. They also explained that it was nothing we did wrong. The car has always been leaking inside the motor.

I love them from the first day I purchase my 2010 kia soul. I havent had any problems with them. They are the most respectful people I've ever did busy with. I will return to purchase a second vehicle when time. I recommend anyone to deal with Carolina Auto Mall. I had one situation and we work together and solve the problem. Thanks Carolina Auto Mall. And now I have purchased another vehicle from them they are the most friendly and just like family. And now thinking about buying another suv. My parents and I have bought two lovely vehicles from Carolina Auto Mall first was a 2003 Dodge ram 1500 hemi and then yesterday I had amazing service like my parents had with Carolina Auto Mall finding my dream car on the lot when I pulled up was a 2006 Dodge Charger R/T Hemi. They have very friendly people working there I was greatly taken care of by Erin the receptionist very sweet lady answered my question me and my mother had then we were greated by Mr.Jerry great car salesman and met the other two owners Mr.Dwayne and some other man they helped me out with paperwork and setting up my info for the car of my dreams great place to get any vehicle from ! Excellent condition and outstanding wonderful nice people to help you out with anything ! Will definitely be coming back in the years to come! I love my dodge charger! Thank you again everyone who helped us out yesterday! And definitely won't find a lemon here !
