This company to include Mark Ivey and his supervisors and superintendent’s are pathetic. They can build a home in 8 months or less but can’t fix the mistakes correctly or in a year and a half. They say your their main priority but it is a lie. I wish they would give me the money to find someone else to fix the items as they have tried to fix multiple things at least 3 times and still can’t get it done correctly they violated Georgia building code on the dryer vent length and looked shocked that I knew the code and called them out and then argued with me to fix the issue correctly. Once they get paid they don’t care people have had roofs installed incorrectly and didn’t find out until years later when selling, installed to small of AC units, not properly grounded lightning rods, extremely bowed framing, installed used blinds and interior doors and windows. They claim to be energy efficient homes that you would be proud to live in that is false advertisement. Even when they violate the agreement/ contract it’s your fault not theirs. The subcontractors they hire drink on the job and leave the beer cans/bottles all over the property. That is why things are built the way they are.

Community is amazing and friendly. It is a great place to have a home and raise your kids. Quiet and nobody bothers. Everyone is friendly in the community. Houses are amazing and are still getting built. Great place to live in.

Built our very first dream home in Caroleton ! Ivey is an outstanding builder with quality products and work! Adriana and Becky are the absolute best! Love them both! Neighborhood is super quiet and everyone is really friendly! You won’t be disappointed at all when it comes to Ivey!

I drove through this neighborhood with my husband and was very please! The houses are beautiful and have great floor plans. I contacted a representative online on their website and Savanna Kendra was very helpful and quick to respond.
