I could not be happier with the service and support I have received from Carole Fabrics as an interior designer in the Memphis area! Their fabrics are beautiful and there is something for everyone. My sales rep. Jody Jobkar is just amazing and is always there for me. My fabric library is richer because of Carol Fabrics. They help me offer many beautiful options to my clients! I have been working with Carole Fabrics and Jodi Jobkar, my rep, for over 2 years. My company has doubled in gross revenue each year. Having Carole Fabrics as the major player in our fabric selections has been a wonderful choice! I am very satisfied with their product offering, their customer service and the timely shipments. Living in GA, most of the time my fabric order arrives at the workroom door the very next day! Highly Recommend!!!

Very disappointing experience with Carole Fabrics. I ordered a $2500 Drapery for my client whom already has a plenty of nice drapery in her home. The quality of workmanship in this drapery is so poor compared to her other treatments that she immediately complained. When brining this issue forward to Carole they offered no solutions. I asked to remake or send back to adjust and the answer was also no. I have worked in the window treatments business for many years and this was the first product I ordered from Carole. I can't risk working with them anymore given this experience.

Firstly, never heard of you.. secondly, where did you get my email to write me about some stupid rejected customer service position that I NEVER applied to you for? Since you sent it with a “no reply” feature here is my public message to you. Find somebody else to play with. I’m way too overqualified for any position you could ever offer me any way. Looked you up on indeed and your salary is way below my pay grade and education. From the reviews seem like you are a horrible business too. Thirdly, who rejects someone and then says we are still looking for help at this time!!??? You’re a caricature and joke!

I've been using Carole Fabrics for over 14 years now. As a designer, I feel they hit various styles and price points that are important to me as I work to select the best options for my clients - it's great to have that variety! Additionally, I feel that their customer service team is responsive and will answer any questions I have. If there are issues with an order, they address them and help me find a resolution. Overall, they are just a solid company that cares about their customers.
