We ordered the 4 piece fish dinner and received a mixture of chicken and fish. They are substituting chicken for the fish. That's why the strips look different now. This happened the last time we went there thats why I paid closer attention. Check your food! We will not be coming back!

I was not able to even bring my service dog through the door very disrespectful staff I would not recommend doing your business there I went there to order food for my family and instead got met with a very rude response at the door saying that my dog is not allowed in and when I said it was a service animal the lady made an ill face and before she could say anything I said don't worry about it I won't do my business here

Okay is it just me or is the quality of the fish different?? This is not the same fish they’ve been using I thought I was eating a chicken strip or something. Please change it back to the other fish which i believe was pollock. Please go back to the old fish. I didn’t even know this change was made. It was not advertised as seasonal thing of permanent. Which is false advertising because customers are paying the same price for the old fish and yall have switched it to a cheaper fish wish taste nasty to me to be honest.

This used to be the place. Was the best in Augusta. Now not so much. Whatever you do, don't order from Uber here. They both play the blame game. Meanwhile you are missing a meal no one will correct. Customer service is nonexistent and the lack of staff is a disaster for anyone not eating alone. Tuff tiddy, I get it. #one less customer

im new to augusta and went to walterboro rd on sunday 6/23 . Was excited because they had closed down our restaurant in Myrtle Beach sc. Not being familiar with this layout which was nice I ask the guy had the menu changed because didnt see the 4 peice he said they were getting new menu monday. so i ordered a 10 peice instead as i kept looking i saw the 4 peice i wanted asked if ordered had started and she said no so i wanted to cancel and order what i wanted. She said she was the manager and started having a fit because of refund but i was reordering. she treated us so bad and talked to me so bad that i will never go back there again. The people that were standing there said she was always rude to customers a couple of them left. Im in customer service so I know you dont treat people that way. So nope wont eat or recommend this establishment to anyone!!
