My husband and I had a great experience working with Caleb Willing. He was tireless in helping us with our house hunt--very, very patient. He was always upbeat and encouraging. Caleb "got us" and remembered preferences we'd expressed months before, as well as houses we'd walked through with him and what we liked and didn't like. Caleb also has a great understanding of construction and was extremely helpful during house showings. Not only is he a successful realtor, but he also has experience as a builder, so he immediately recognizes what has been done well and what hasn't.
