Staff was rude, prejudice, judgful and uncooperative. I do not recommend this location unless you are a business suite wearing pedestrian.

I am so over Cadence Bank! When I receive a check from a client, I use the mobile app to deposit it. Therefore, I stamp the check "mobile deposit" as per their request. Sometimes for whatever reason a check will not deposit showing an error, need darker background, couldn't read the check, etc. I also just take it to the bank, no problem. But today it was a problem. I was told they couldn't deposit it there since I had already stamped as mobile deposit. Keep in mind I explained it would not deposit using the app. I was advised to get another check from the client. This all happened at the drive-thru. I decided to go inside and handle it. I showed them the error when trying to deposit the check so the lady took the phone and tried numerous times, receiving the same error every single time. She claimed there was a glare in the pic of the check. She proceeded to walk around the room using different lighting to take the picture. She actually got under the counter to take the pic where there was no light. I ask her if she knew how stupid she looked and told her it's a problem with the app and no matter where she took the pic, it wasn't going to work. Again, I was only deposting it. They refused to take the check Bc it was marked mobile deposit. What good is a bank if you can't use it? It's their problem, not mine. I slung my debits cards to her and ask if she wanted to shred or should I? I left and after further thought, I went back and closed my savings account and advised them as soon as outstanding purchases cleared my accounts, I would return and close those accounts as well. I opened the account 25 yrs ago when I moved to this area and the Bank sold several times since then. Cadence bought it a couple years ago. They changed their rates, and things went down hill from there. Different employees all the time. I would not reccomend this bank for any reason! Just yesterday I received a call about a survey on their customer service which I declined bc I didn't have...

Did not have an ATM and teller took forever to withdraw money. Turned a 2 minute transaction into a 20 minute one. Next time I come here itβll be to close my accounts with them.

POOR SERVICE AT DRIVE-THRU. SO I CAME IN ON CRUTCHES TO SPEAK WITH THE BANK MANAGE NICOLE CLARK. SHE WAS EQUALLY UNHELPFUL, THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED AT A BANK. STATE BANK YOU SHOULD JUST CLOSE THIS LOCATION OR FIND PEOPLE WHO ACTUALLY WANT TO WORK.

Had many dealings with this bank. The staff has always been very helpful and kind.
