I don’t normally write reviews, but Butler Automotive in Evans, GA did a great job. I came in with a rough idle and the check engine light on. They quickly diagnosed the problem and had it repaired the same day. Everyone was incredibly friendly. They took the time to explain the issue and the fix in a way that made sense. I've been taking my vehicle to Butler Automotive for a couple of years. I have dealt with alot of dealerships in the CSRA, and the front desk personnel at Butler are always the best!! Generally, Ashton, has been there every time I have an appointment. I don't have to feel like somebody's gonna try to pull the wool over my eyes and charge me for something that I don't need. He always explains things to me and let's let me know of upcoming services needed. It's nice to go someplace where I feel comfortable, and am treated nicely. New tires. Oil Change(s) Tire repair The list goes on.
