Burger King

The GM is soooo rude!!!! Rude to customers, and her employees!! So sad really! I like Burger King and we visit because it's close and we like the Whoppers. But you have to put your ear plugs in and be prepared to beg for condiments, napkins and GOD forbid your order come out wrong. I smile, and ask nicely to have eyes rolled or literally be ignored. EVEN my 11 year old noticed and mentioned to me that she should yell at her employees later and not in front of people. Or better yet, he said she shouldn't talk like that to them at ALL !!! Bummer to have to deal with. But it's the new norm, complaining does nothing so I just smile and pray for her. Maybe she's in a bad spot in life, BUT really needs a job that is not 100% customer service

Absolutely HORRIBLE location. 9 times outta 10 the order takes forever and then is wrong and the times it's correct the chicken is burnt solid and disgusting. This location has been this way for 7 years at least. And it's DISGUSTING in there. Never fully staffed and the staff they do get are lazy and RUDE ! I'd give it negative stars if I could.

Helene has everyone's nerves on thin ice, but want to shout out to Zach for having the courage to make a good judgment call to allow some seniors standing outside to sit down inside the AC while orders being processed. Sorry your coworkers fussed at you in front of patrons, but thank you Zach!

Extremely slow service for the drive-through. I ordered a combo but wasn't finished with my order, they told me the total and to pull forward. I told them "I'm also going to do a side" and then they then had a poor attitude, as if I was taking too long or burdening them in some way. I get that it's fast food, it's not supposed to be great service, but at least try a little bit.

I don’t visit often but when I do my food is always Fresh and made to order. I truly appreciate that very much.
