So happy to see Ben show up again this morning! We were rescheduled this week, but it was well worth the wait! Ben is always so thorough and explains what's being done. He shares his knowledge about pest control and I appreciate it! Ben is a true asset to Bug House! He deserves a raise and should train other techs to provide the same exceptional service that he does! Thanks again Ben!

Ben always does an amazing job! I never have any issues at my store thanks to him. He is very knowledgeable and takes care of all of my questions & concerns. Very nice, polite and professional. Definitely one of the best technicians at Bug House.

Ben is the best!! He is very thorough and listens to the customer. From massive amounts of wasps nests all around the building to making sure we don't have bugs in our mailboxes! He is a hard working guy that definitely needs a raise or a bonus to say the least! Be like Ben!
