Buffalo Wild Wings

I ordered a kids meal-boneless chicken wings w Spicy Garlic flavor & an order of fries. The wings were plain (I added the bbq sauce that they put in a cup) & the fries were cold as ice & hard as a rock! Second time trying them & both times the order was messed completely up. Better off ordering Wing Stop 🤷🏾‍♀️

Almost a 5-star….we walked in and were seated right away. Our waitress was SUPER friendly and catered to us AND several other tables at the same time - great job! The wings are always great…but that night they were very heavy on the sauce. Asian Zing is always top choice but I went out on a limb and tried the Thai Curry and that was really loaded up with sauce. Both were super tasty, but just a little much with the Curry. Great people, solid food and the TV’s had a great variety to watch. 4.8 out of 5 for me. Check them out!

Awful service…rather…no service at all. My wife and I waited 5-10 minutes before anyone ever greeted us. Finally we’re seated by what seemed to be a manager. Sat for ten minutes and no one ever came to our table. The manager who sat us was literally sitting at the table next to us talking to what appeared to be a customer or friend and he never even got up to address the issue as we sat with no drinks. A couple that came in behind us got sat after us and had their order taken right away. We got up and left after being ignored for 10-15 minutes. The place wasn’t even busy. They had half the restaurant already shut down and chairs up on the tables. This seems to be typical for this location each time we ATTEMPT to eat there. Do better.

Great service, and the food was, as well. We order the sampler and bacon mac n cheese burger with fries. The appetizer fed us both with enough to take home. We finished the fries because they don't always taste as good at home. Now, the burger was a different story. We could only eat 1/4 each and had to take the other half home. We were so comfortably full and pleased with the entire experience.

These are the best wings in town that everyone in our family can agree on, way better than Wingstop. We usually get delivery so I haven’t had an opportunity to experience their service till tonight. I accidentally forgot something in the pickup order and called them a few minutes later to see if I could fix it and the manager and Amber did without even charging us, which shocked me because we were ready to pay for it. Great customer service, we will keep coming back!
