Absolutely loved Dr. Steele! I was worried when I was told I couldn’t see Dr. Broome anymore because I was considered a “new” patient now. Dr. Steele was so thorough and so kind, a true blessing . It’s always a great day when you get to see Mrs. Amy to get your new glasses! She IS THE BEST, can’t wait to wear my new frames

When a customer specifically asks what fees they are going to incur, and you tell them a $10 exam fee and a $40 contact fitting fee and they REPEAT it back to you ok so $50. Don’t be surprised when they are ticked and refuse to pay your lil hidden fee you snuck in and never once mentioned. Receptionists even looked up insurance and said $50 for both exam fees. But after the exam you claim ohh the extra $35 is bc your eyes were complicated and mono vision has a fee to be fitted ….. that’s not Good Business that’s called scamming your folks and I’ll take my business elsewhere where they are HONEST and UPFRONT

Disgusted by the staff’s behavior! I witnessed one of the staff that was POC get harassed by a customer saying a racist remark. As I stayed in there while my mother was being examined I noticed staff gathering around and laughing at the situation. If this establishment supports racists remarks even against their own employees then how do I know they care about their clients that are POC. Will be letting everyone know and never coming back again!

Dr. Broome is wonderful! He is well organized and professional. He spends time with you and really wants to help you. I feel safe with Dr. Broome examining my eyes.

Dr. Mike Broome is personal, professional, and very thorough. He has a way of making his patients feel at ease and takes time to explain all information in detail. Dr. Mike is very upbeat, kind and takes great care of his patients The staff has always been helpful and respectful. They are confident in their skills. I highly recommend Broome Family Eye Care for all of your Optometry needs! I also had the privilege of seeing Dr. Kelly Steele on my last visit. She proved to be very knowledgeable, professional but also friendly and truly interested in her patients. Dr. Steele is a great asset to the Broome Family Eye Care! Love this Practice!!
