Brighton Park Apartments

I was living at Brighton for about 18 months and never had an issue with anything. Kaitlyn is amazing and was always eager to help me when I needed it for health reasons. I loved the floor plan also.

They’ve never answered my phone or text messages, even though I’m deaf. You’ve been uncommunicative with me, and they took me to the hospital at the same time. I got from your letter and you didn’t ever called me nothing at allI went to court quickly and saw you rushing. You’ve been making evictions from this apartment. I’ve already called you many times, but no one has ever shown up at your office since the first day.

I personally enjoyed renting with Brighton. The community is safe and clean. Even through Hurricane Helene we had no issues with crime. All of my maintenance / property concerns were always addressed in a timely manner and handled with a sense of urgency. Working with Ms. Kaitlyn and Mr. Joel was always a pleasure. Would most definitely recommend to family and friends!

we just moved out of here and I will just say there are more affordable places that offer more amenities and better service. the units themselves are new/nice and have that wow factor but the 1bd/1ba has no storage and the bedroom and closet is much smaller in person. The front office is rarely open and it is hard to get in contact with them. I believe they run multiple complex’s so it’s understandable but it is frustrating in the moment. The left dog poop is so bad. Multiple owners would never pick up after their dog and would even consistently go to our own unit area and let there dog poop and leave it. the dog park is always full of dog poop and it’s gravel so it’s not much of a “park” and the dumpster NEVER worked. There would be piles of trash built up week after week. Also, you can hear every step, knock and tap from your upstairs neighbors because of how the unit is built. You pay more for less here. Overall, I would save my time and look for a better place that offers more. Unfortunately, it just wasn’t all what it seemed to be living there.

I have loved living here. It's a short distance from necessities and Kaitlyn, the property manager, responds faster than any manager I've previously dealt with. So happy that I chose Brighton!
