We needed a new roof for a couple of years. After having used Brighter Side roofing for a repair, I called on them again. They are PROMPT, POLITE, FAIR, and GOOD! I wouldnt recommend anyone else. They completed our rather complex roof in a single day. Their crew was professional and polite, and they cleaned up leaving us asmittedly better than when they arrived. The roof is simply stunning. We are beyond satisfied and tell you these follks can be trused with your roof too.

Brighter Side came to the rescue when we needed it most, after the hurricane. I sat down to start calling roofers after my insurance estimate and called only 4.5 or higher rated roofers. First, Brighter Side was one of only 2 companies that called me back. I had left 14 messages. Many were not answering or taking messages in the chaos of the hurricane. Brighter Side not only called, but I was able to communicate directly with their owner on numerous occasions. While nearly all my neighbors were still waiting for their insurance estimates, I already had a scheduled visit to pick out what shingles we wanted. Before the work could be done, a storm was predicted. They said they would put up a tarp, but then cancelled when hearing the forecast. It was not raining, so I called the owner and he made sure they came out. They took care of hiring another company to do the siding repairs we needed as well. We had communications challenges during all that chaos, but they were always apologetic and patient even if I wasn't. In the end, our roof was one of the first in the neighborhood to be replaced and quality was superb. Neighbors commented on how nice it looked. Through the challenges, service and satisfaction remained number one for Brighter Side. In particular, I want to highlight that the owner is very hands on and responsive. He is straight forward and owns up to their errors and issues, then fixes it. The work itself was excellent. Lastly, I am not sure of Savannah's job title, but she is the best. Secretary? Office Manager? Should be President! Thank goodness for Savannah. I would have lost my mind dealing with all this if she was not around. I must have called or texted her 25 times and she always answered, even after hours on her personal phone. She is courteous, professional, empathetic, and very conscientious about her job. All in all, excellent company, personnel, customer service, and work.

I’ve had the privilege of engaging Brighter Side during my hardships of Hurricane Helene. Antonio has been forthcoming about the process of claims with the insurance company and my many questions.The staff was very profession and knowledgeable.
