Bridges Realty managed our newly built property in Crawford Creek when we moved at the recommendation of our realtor. Obviously, we wanted our home in the best hands possible while we were gone and Bridges did just that. During our time away they did a property check, uploaded pictures and always provided us with a statement of income and expenses on the online portal in a timely manner. Despite a hiccup at the end of the renters lease, Bridges was prompt at handling our questions and concerns and did everything they could to give us a very positive outcome. Gina’s communication, respect, empathy and attention was stellar and her distinct professionalism was extremely appreciated and because of that we would recommend Bridges to anyone looking for the best company to manage their investment.

Renter beware. This company will have no problem moving you into a home with issues they area aware of and discuss and are nice about it. However, when move out time comes this company will try to nickle & dime you on everything (even blaming you for the issues upon move in). They will make fabrications in closing reports acting in bad faith using information about you to push a narrative. Beware as well that they will charge you for a re key and lock replacement even when you return the keys and they will charge will as much as they can for this fee.

I recently had a plumbing issue where I thought that the sink would be out of commission for several days, because it happened on a holiday weekend. However, the admin got to it right away and sent a very friendly and extremely competent plumber over to do the work that same day. I am familiar with General maintenance work, but this was not something that I felt qualified in tacking on myself, so I'm glad that they sent Garden City Plumbing out- Barry is top notch, as he's worked on the property before. Bridges admin team, Katherine and Gabriella, were the way you hope any to be. They coordinate in a way that you barely know they are there until it's done and are asking if you were satisfied. We have had nothing but positive things to say about Bridges Realty! We worked with the company as a tenant and now as a Homeowner. No complaint! Brandon and his team worked hard to get new tenant very quickly! Also, Bradley was very responsive. Communication is great. I highly recommend their services!!
