Boot Barn

Carley was SO helpful and accommodating as we came in to return previous boots that I had ordered for our upcoming wedding. She helped me pick a pair that fit just right and that I was happy with. She also made sure the boots we bought for my fiancé were polished before we left. Amazing customer service! Thank you Carley!

We had the worse service at this Boot Barn in Augusta Ga. Had to ask for help three times and no one ever came to help. The worse customer service ever at the register as well. My husband was purchasing work boots and never was able to because of lack of help. Do better or you will loose a lot more business.

We brought boots and hats. I LOVE the smell of this place!!! AND you are greeted at the door and the customer service is great!! We've been back 2 weekends in a row!

Got a very nice jacket and a pair of jeans on the sale rack! (I always shop sales 1st 😁. They had a nice selection of boots and clothing.

I thought it would be small and not much of a selection being here in Augusta. It’s probably one of the best ones I been too. So many boots, clothes, jewelry and hats! They were very nice and helpful.
