Blue Collard Catering did an incredible job catering our recent event. From the start, they were professional, easy to work with, and full of helpful suggestions that really made the planning process smooth. They took the time to understand what we wanted and offered creative ideas that fit the vibe perfectly. The food was absolutely delicious— I especially loved the brisket and shrimp and grits - and my nephew loved the chicken skewers, Mac and cheese, and Caesar pasta salad - every dish was packed with flavor and cooked to perfection. Many of our guests went out of their way to say how much it reminded them of home-cooked meals.

Blue Collard Catering was fantastic to work with—Super responsive and very accommodating! They went above and beyond by making arrangements for an early pickup, which really helped with our schedule.The wraps and salads were fresh, delicious, and beautifully prepared in corporate lunch boxes for Teacher Appreciation Week. I cannot recommend Blue Collard enough. Christian, the owner, is a visionary. His love for food and cooking translates so easily into the meals he prepares. Our wedding food was delicious, and we got many compliments from guests. Not to mention, Christian gave us expert suggestions on the set up of our entire reception venue. We trusted him 100% to deliver what he promised, and we were not disappointed! Our wedding flowed seamlessly thanks to him.
