Bloom Photography

I do not recommend this photograper. My organization and I trusted her with our business and she did a horrific job. My photos that I took on my phone of myself prior to going looks better than what she did. She edit our photos to the point that they don't look like us originally. She turned all of our eyes grey and we all have a spot in our eye. We had a meeting scheduled with her to express our concerns as a whole and she canceled our meeting 5 minutes before it started. The turn round time to receive the pictures was longer than promised. When we received the pics, we complained immediately and we received a message from her apologizing stating the she sent over the wrong edited pics. It took a little over a week to the updated pics but we received the same pics. Out group pics looks like they were taken in someone's living room rather than in a professional studio. Alexis knew the amount of ladies in our organization prior to booking and her studio really couldn't accommodate us.

Unfortunately I was unsatisfied with the work provided on my headshot images that were taken. I was with a group of women and we all took individual as well as various group pictures. We initially received half of the images that were edited and expressed the dissatisfaction with the quality of the images. We requested a meeting that was cancelled minutes before to discuss the concerns. After a couple of weeks we finally received the second half of the images which were also very poor quality. The images for myself made me look much older and after these concerns were voiced the response was, the edits were made and there was nothing Alexis could or would do. Customer service is so important in any business. Our money was taken but we weren't provided with any useful pictures that could be used. I took a picture with my cell phone, in my car the same time I took a picture at the studio and you can see a major difference. On the FB page I added an image to compare.

I've taken Easter and Christmas photos with Bloom photography and was very pleased with the results on both occasions. She is always professional, polite, and patient with children. Both times I received my photos in a timely manner and was satisfied with the results.

Go anywhere else! Don’t waste your time or money!
