Blanchard & Calhoun Insurance Agency

We have been with Blanchard & Calhoun insurance for over 8 years now. Never had a claim or anything but normal service from them. But since the storm on September 27th. we have had nothing but trouble with them. They're underwriter (Western World) has denied our claim. They said damage was due to flood water. The damage can from high winds. This is another story that I'm going to take up with the Georgia insurance Commission. But Blanchard & Calhoun has not done anything to help. They have not put any pressure that I know of to get Western World to reevaluate our claim. Because of the poor service from Blanchard & Calhoun I have decided to change insurance companies. The new company wants a Loss Runs report (I do not know what it is, but they want one). I've asked both Blanchard & Calhoun and Western World for one but neither one will supply one. Each claims the other one, both saying it the other company that should be getting it. I don't have any bad feelings about Blanchard & Calhoun but feel they aren't doing their job. But Western World is a poor excuse for a company, and I will need to hire a lawyer and am going to file a formal complaint with the Georgia insurance Commission. If anyone has Western World as their insurance carrier, they need to think about it LONG and HARD.

We have commercial insurance though them and they have helped us every step of the way. Robbie and his team with Olivia have helped our business get to where it is today. Any time I need to add / quote policies they are quick to respond. Would highly recommend!

I had one of there policy holders back into my truck while it was parked this has been 10 days ago the adjuster just showed up with a bad attitude started to tell him to get the he'll off my property I have 7 insurance policies was thinking about changing over to them but that will never happen terrible customer service Nation Wide is far better avoid this special group of privileged people so they think I will never do business with them or recommend anyone else

I came to Blanchard and Calhoun Insurance Agency after being with an agent at another firm that had me completely frustrated. That was 3 years ago. April, at Blanchard and Calhoun Insurance Agency has been a shining light for us. Any time I have a question, concern, policy change I have received a quick response. We have gotten all of our quotes within 24 hours, usually within a coupla of hours. Policy changes and questions are even quicker.
