In holding himself out as a couples therapist, Bill in in over his head, He lacks the requisite professional qualifications (he is a social worker, not a psychologist) and, in my experience, cannot be trusted to treat clients equitably or maintain confidentiality.

I've suffered from OCD and severe panic disorder since I was 12 years old. I cannot count how many therapist/psychologists I've been to. In my 27 years of life Bill is the only one who has ever helped me.
