He charged my Mother In Law $200 just for a bid consult and then would not stop texting to follow up about how he’s the best in the biz. Everyone else we’ve contacted does free consults and offering less 1/2 price on a quote. THEN makes an appointment for her with another homeowner who is “expecting us” to come look at their yard after we told him we weren’t interested - who makes an appointment on someone else’s behalf without discussing it with them first, especially over the holidays? Needless to say, we’re not interested in doing business with this company and it seems like a scam to CHARGE someone $200 to BID on a job!

Mr. Harley wanted to charge $250 to look at my irrigation pump. NO thank you.

That address isn’t where his company is. I stopped by and it’s someone’s house. She had no idea what I was talking about when I knocked on her door. So unprofessional to use someone’s address!
