My kids and my family miss appletree I. But now this daycare is Big blue Marble. Everything is changed. First almost all the previous teachers have left. Second, its management is terrible. My son’s last day in this daycare is 5/21/2025 and our balance is zero. But big blue marble still charged me in 5/29/2025. I contacted its manager and staff. They didn’t feel sorry. This same thing is not the first. It happened to my friend. She contacted this daycare more than ten times and took about half one year to get the money back. I have to say big blue marble is not honest. It looks like…? You know. One month later, BBMA sent me a refund. This issue was finally fixed.

I looked all over town for a good day care! Being a mom for the first time is full of unknowns and I couldn't help but hate the idea of leaving my baby and going back to work. So I judged every day care with let's face it probably unreal standards. But when it came to apple tree off the pass I couldn't find one thing wrong! I had such peace of mind about leaving my child with the staff. It was answer to my Husbands prayers! I finally found childcare good enough for our son! And the best part is my son is now 2 years old so we've been going for awhile and he truly enjoys going to class! He gets excited when we pull in and often times it takes me a few minutes to convince him it's time to go home!! So if your looking for a daycare you've found the right one!

Wonderful daycare and the best director and staff a mom could ask for. They are friendly and attentive. I feel comfortable leaving my daughter there. They actually care!

I thought this place was great. I was very wrong. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would! They closed for two weeks due to Covid, which my job was not happy about but I made it work. The week that they opened, my child was allowed to go one day before they denied her back due to misunderstandings on THEIR part. So this is three weeks in a row I was not able to go to work. So by the 3rd week I was not paid for calling out and then as a result of not working in office for 3 weeks in a row, I was fired. When I tried to come up with a solution(only pay for the one day my child was allowed in daycare) I was ignored. Fast forward a month and a half later every single week had been paid, yet they still refused to work with me on the one week that was denied service. When told I was ultimately fired due to the lack of daycare, they said they were sorry I was fired due to them but they were still firm on needing their FULL payment. If you want a family oriented place DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CHILD HERE! If they do not care about struggling parents that are only struggling because of them, They do not care for your kids.

My preschooler can’t wait to go to school everyday! She absolutely adores Ms Jeri and Ms Jessica! The curriculum is fantastic... she counted to 100 last week and is already spelling her own name as well as her friend’s! She will definitely be ready for kindergarten next year. Such a great start for my daughter!
