Big Blue Marble Academy Madeline

When we were looking around for daycares we did not have a lot of input on this location so we decided to take a chance. We soon found out how wonderful the team was! My son has severe allergies and we were terrified to drop him off but the staff was kind and truly worked with us to ease our mind and keep him safe. Drop off was hard for him in the beginning, but Ms. Kia always kept us updated with pictures of him learning and having a great day. The only reason we are leaving is because of a move otherwise we cannot recommend this daycare enough!

The facility has a new director since around mid or the end of April this year. I was thinking of pulling my child before the new director started, but I am so glad that we stayed! Ms. Ashley is always welcoming and loves on all the kids that enter her facility. She makes sure that we feel like family and communicates with me daily, and not just daycare talk. She truly cares about the families and gets to know you. Since she took over I have noticed a more positive and friendly atmosphere in the building with other families and staff. I feel safe and completely comfortable leaving my child for the day at BBMA Madeline! Thank you, Ms. Ashley for turning this facility around and making it a wonderful place where families can have peace of mind knowing their kids are loved and cared for throughout the day!!

My grandson has been at Big Blue Marble Academy for a few years. We love the new management team and the teachers are wonderful! Ms. Ashley is always welcoming and makes sure we are taken care of. We know we are valued and are part of a family. If there is ever an issue we know it will be taken care of right away and we love the quick communication from management. We absolutely love that our grandson feels loved and welcome everyday and that he is learning so much. We can't say enough how thankful and grateful we are for Big Blue Marble Academy and Ms. Ashley.

My son has attended Big Blue Marble-Madeline for just shy of a year now. He loves going. I am at ease when I drop him off because I know he is in good care. Any concern that is raised and brought to the director or the teachers they listen to you and show concern and fix whatever the issue is. The teacher are all welcoming, greeting the children and parents with a smile each morning as well as at pickup. The facility is CLEAN!!! It doesn’t smell like a daycare.

My baby has been at BBMA since July. I’m a first time mom so I was very nervous about daycare but they have met all my expectations. The workers care for my child as if he were one of their own! It didn’t take my baby long to get adjusted. He loves it now! The workers greet my baby by name every day, and not just his classroom teachers but all of the teachers. I have noticed they take great pride in getting to know all of the children on a personal level. They are very attentive. We appreciate the staff so much! Thank you for all that you do.
