Best Western Augusta West

Amazing experience at this hotel from start to finish, front desk staff was so nice, room was clean and stocked, the breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options, and everyone was very responsive and helpful with any questions/issues. Will be staying here again.

Front desk Clerk was literally eating when I walked in and did not put food down. She just kept eating as I'm trying to ask questions, then answers a call while I'm asking about a room. Not hold on or let me put my food down. Craziest crap I've ever seen at a hotel from front desk staff. Needless to say I walked away and said nevermind.

Waking up with a spider looking at you will wake you up faster than coffee! 😳 but hey ever living creature needs a home right. Even the bugs I found in the ice machine were chilling.

Convenient location and very friendly staff. I stayed here for business (company booked the room) for one day. Room was spacious and comfortable with great AC. TV worked good, bed was comfortable, shower was superb. However, after waking up, I slowly started to notice bug bites all over myself. After seeing other reviews of other guests sharing similar experiences, I will be very hesitant to return when I'm in the area again... I'd suggest having an exterminator look over the place and spray if needed.

I resent the fact that this establishment would lie and tell me that they do not have bed bugs when I have a video and marks on my body to prove it.. I also found the bug and put it in a bag and took it to the front desk.
