Dr Santos and her entire staff are the best ever!!! The love and care they show to Sadie, our English cocker spaniel, is beyond measurable and greatly appreciated. You feel comfortable and welcomed as soon as you walk in the door and are greeted by the sweet ladies at the front desk. Dr Santos and her assistants explain everything in detail and answer all of my questions. I have never had a veterinarian to spend so much time with any of our animals and educate me on caring for them. I would encourage anyone looking for a veterinarian to care for their animals like they are family to go to Dr Santos. Thank you so much Dr Santos and your entire staff!

I’m a new mama to the sweetest little Boston Terrier baby. And her wonderful breeder started bringing my baby and her litter mates to BFAC and I wanted to carry on that care. Oh my how blown away at the facility itself that’s just a fraction of the love and support I felt when I went into the exam room with my baby. First, Lauren, receptionist, greeted us with the most heart felt smile and welcome I could ask for. She already knew us and even remembered my baby has a big brother. She asked about him also. Second, Abby, Vet Tech, WOW!!!! She is amazing. She took my baby and loved on her as though she was her baby. Which super impressed me and automatically made me feel at ease. Thirdly, the second Vet Tech came in with a board and wrote down sentiments of my baby’s growth which was so sweet. Finally, Dr. Santos came in and just simply gushed over my baby and sincerely wanted to know if I had any questions or concerns. In closing, I am so happy I decided to stay with Best Friends! I feel like a true bond has formed from this appointment today. Thank you Best Friends for all you do and making me feel supported!

I left a message on about every vet in the CSRA yesterday and this place is the only place out of over 10 vets that called me back. They squeezed Ms. Pants in within a couple of hours of me calling. Everyone I spoke with at best friends animal care was kind and professional. Dr. Santos was everything you want in a good vet, she didn’t rush through it, she was down to earth, very kind to our little family member, and explained all options. The whole team seemed like they genuinely cared at Ms. Pants and the issue she suddenly had going on. Also, the place was really clean. I’m impressed enough that we are switching to this clinic as our new regular family vet. They go ahead and get an appointment payment from you when you schedule, which was fine by me because we were definitely coming to that appointment. It isn’t an extra fee they charge or anything it just goes to your appointment.

My 9 month old puppy (yorkie/maltese) Sully's fur got tangled up in a clothes dryer vent roller brush...it was wound up so tight & so close to his skin that it could not be cut out it was after midnight, we worried ourselves sick until groomers got opened the next day. We went to Plush Pup however they couldn't help us due to where vent brush was located on Sully, she knew i was frightened & quickly referred us to Best Friends Animal Hospital across the street. We were greeted by staff members with a smile, he wasveterinarian. taken to examining room while they comforted us in the waiting rooms. We were walking out with our Sully in 15 minutes or so, reliable, fast, friendly & affordable. They will now be Sully's veternarian. Bill & Kim Holland

Everyone here was absolutely wonderful! They took the time to walk me through everything and moved at Copper’s pace, making sure he felt safe and comfortable. They showered him with cuddles and treats, which really helped ease his anxiety. I couldn’t have asked for a better first visit or a kinder, more compassionate team. Truly a 10/10 experience!
